I downloaded Mac a few days ago and it all worked okay. Now it freezes once I am in the program. Any suggestions?

If you can give us more information about what your doing when the freezes occur, that will help us track down the problem (in addition to Joe's suggestion of posting log files). For example, is it when you are searching, running a passage guide, closing a resource or moving the mouse?
