Bible Reading Plan

I've been working through this, but I believe I don't have to do what I'm doing. When I click on the passage in my Bible Reading Plan, not only does the Bible Version and Passage come up, but passage guide will be working for resources and another tab for people, and places and such.

How can I just get the Bible to open? I've tried clicking on the Bible cover and passage,

Interesting, I had not noticed this before. I assume you are clicking the Bible reference from the ribbon at the top of the home screen? If you will instead open the reading plan itself (under your File menu) and click the verse reference from there, you should get just the Bible text.

For quick access to your reading plan you might want to drag it to the shortcut bar.
