Bug: Print/Export from Lexham Bible Guide; lock icon shows up as open book

If I print/export a section of a Lexham Bible Guide where there are some locked/unavailable resources, the lock icons come out as open books.

Here's what an excerpt of LBG: 2 Cor looks like in Logos:

Here's what that same excerpt looks like in the Print/Export preview window, and also in any format that it gets exported to (print, XPS).
