I recently purchased Logos 5 and the bronze package.
Logos 5 will not update and index the library.

The log files don't tell me enough to be of help. Perhaps another user will look in and have a suggestion or a Logos employee will see this.
Were you ever able to get Logos to work since buying it?

Did you ever have Logos 5 run? You could try downloading a fresh copy of L5 Mac here Download for Mac Try installing that, and let us know if this fixes the problem.
The indexer is launched twice - the last time to process downloads, but that just exits because the first instance is running! This can be fixed by restarting the computer!
