WBC and Collections

I apologize if this has already been approached, but I searched the forums and have found nothing to indicate where this may lie...

Anyway, I am trying to create a collection in my library titled "New Testament Commentaries" and I am trying to include the WBC, however I cannot seem to separate the Old Testament WBC's from the NT. Besides going through and individually tagging each commentary, or ranking each one, or even dragging each to the add list, how might I go about doing this?

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but you can use the shift and ctrl keys to select multiple books and tag them all at once.

For example: hold down the ctrl or shfit key and select all the wbc old testament books, then select add tag and give it a name like WBCOT.

After that add it to your collection using the rule mytag:WBCOT

This worked for my NAC commentaries (in the Start with box):-

type:commentary title:"New American" subject:"N.T."

Just be sure that the Subject data column in Library also has "N.T." or similar for the WBC.

That is indeed really faster, Dave. Thanks for the tip. It has given me another option for creating collections. I never thought I could put subject:"n.t".

Is there any documentation on what we can put in the subject? Or is it just trial and error

Right click on a column heading in Library. To make Subjects visible just click on it. You can only search on its content, or a part thereof as I have.

I never thought I could put subject:"n.t".

I had typed subject:New Testament, but did not think to put "n.t." I'll give it a try! Thanks Dave and Henry!
