how to setup spellcheck in notes for Ipad?

I love this app on my iPad Air but when im writing notes i type quite fast, therefore i make a lot of spelling errors. Does anyone know how to setup up spellcheck in the app. I have autocorrection on my iPad settings but it doesn't seem to work in the actual app.

That is unfortunate, I guess i'll have to do it the old fashion way and actually know how to spell a word or google it. LOL
