I noticed that this book has no page numbers and has a different cover in My Library than the cover on the site. I have the Third Edition.
Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, confirmed. Both of these have been a problems for a very long time. Cover issue is listed here. Missing page numbers is here.
Confirm both, noting that my paper Third Edition of this book looks again different, like this (which I like over the one at https://www.logos.com/product/206/a-history-of-israel-3rd-ed and the one in our libraries ) and that there is a fourth edition from 2000.
Yep. The cover is different and the pages are not numbered. I kinda' like it but the outline form would make citing very difficult
