Individual Highlights Added to Shortcuts

I'd like to be able to simply click a user-made short-cut to add a highlight.

Some of the highlights I use some I don't, I'm having to CONSTANTLY scroll up and down on the highlighting tool.

Sure would be nice If I could simply add 3 or 4 of my Fav. Highlights to the short-cut bar.

I know what you want....I had that in V3.

I currently do the following:

I have all sections of the highlight window collapsed except my favorite section.

I have a short cut to that window on the short cut bar.

When I click the short cut...the window opens to my section (last used) and is ready for action.

I also had (have) it in V3 and used it (them) every time I opened L3. Thank you for your help!
