OSX screen reader

Hello I am running Logos 5 on a mac and I was not able to find a forum I thought was a closer match. Sorry if I am in the wrong forum. I’m visually impaired and use OS X screen reader to use a computer. This often requires selecting text, which Logos seems to not like, in all but a few places. I think Logos is a great product as is, but the admittedly small number of disabled people would benefit greatly from functionality, which Logos does not allow.

It is not available for all resources, but in many Cmd-R activates read aloud. If you first select text, it will read that portion. Otherwise, reading begins at the start of the current section. Cmd-R will then stop the reading.
