Importing Libronix book into Verbum

I have "Introduction To The Hebrew Bible" which was originally installed to Libronix 2 under alanmorris...  I thought updating Libronix to version 3 would allow Logos/Verbum to recognize it.  If I go to "Account Management" in Libronix 3 it allows me to input the serial number but does not display the "Next" button; so I'm stuck.

1.Does Logos/Verbum see deaconalan... and alanmorris... as different owners? i.e Verbum says "Introduction to the Hebrew Bible" is not owned by "deaconalan..."

The book is available for download but I'm not willing to buy it again.

I do have the customer ID, confirmation code, serial number, and activation code.

Alan, yes Verbum does see these different email addresses as different "owners".

NOW PLEASE go into "more" / Edit and REMOVE the email addresses. Space them out "alan at dot whatever" etc.

"Spam-bots" can harvest your addresses.

I believe you might have up to 24 hours to do this.

AS to accessing the resources, it would be faster to phone Logos and speak to someone in Customer Service etc.

They can help you.
