I've had some challenges interacting with the Logos "cloud" this evening. The first issue was when I started Logos - it sat at the "Synchronizing" screen for a long time, until I eventually clicked "Start."
Then, I went to download some books I ordered today. Neither "Update resources" (twice, once after restarting Logos) nor "Update now" found anything to update, though they're sitting there in my list of orders on the web site.
I've attached the error logs, which clearly show problems communicating with Logos. What's curious is that Logos isn't giving me any visual indication of problems (e.g. the yellow warning icon for failing sync's).
Also curious, I called the Logos 800 number. It has a message that the Logos staff is in a meeting which should end at 3:00 PM Pacific time (which is 3-1/2 hours ago).
Anyone else seeing these problems. Any of the super forum experts able to explain the combination of failure with no error indicators?
