is this a know bug or what is it? is there a work aorund, has any of you experienced this?
Ole
Have not heard of a bug of this nature. Logs will be necessary for anyone to provide meaningful assistance. See the appropriate link in my signature.

A complete set of logs would be more beneficial. I am only an amateur at log reading and am Windows agnostic. However, there are some experts at both Logos logs and Windows on these forums—notably Dave Hooton. He lives in Oz, so he should appear in a few more hours [8-|]
is this a know bug
It's certainly known to me, as I reported it 3.5 months ago: CRASH every time I click 'Guides'. I've sort of given up hope they'll fix it...

Had forgotten that thread. Thanks for refreshing my memory. Do you still have the problem? I noticed that Dave commented on Mono issues in your logs, but Ole is running Windows. Unless his crash has a different cause, this is not a Mono issue.
The errors originate from WPF (in .NET), not the Logos software, so I recommend you contact Logos Tech Support.
Some earlier errors were in the Danish language, so it would help to know about your operating system language and Logos language setting.

I agree with Dave, there is likely something wrong with .NET or WPF (both Microsoft components Logos needs to run properly). Try troubleshooting the WPF Font Cache with solution 2 here: https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/font-cache.

Yes.
Ole is running Windows
