Hi,

First time on the forums.  Macbook pro 13 inch 4 GB Ram, 2 years old

Rceived a message to update my free Logos 5 engine.  Followed the link to the download page.  Download is not loading.   Checked past forums, asked me to check the library and user folder on my Mac, did this.  Is there any other folders that may contain old logos stuff that is preventing me downloading?  Where should I look?  What may be a way forward.

Any help be appreciated

Hi Phil

In the first instance don't worry about deleting stuff use this link to download the latest release, as it installs it will tidy a lot of stuff up.

As it seems that downloading is your problem the rest of the files are likely to be in good order.
