Is there a way to look at your whole library in a page or rather pages? rather than clicking the library button up left and having to scroll down thru that window?
Thank you...
Not sure I understand your request. You want to page through the listing horizontally like pages of a book, rather than top to bottom using up/down scrolling? You know you can scroll up/down by a whole page at a time using Page Up and Page Down? I'm trying to understand what benefit you're looking for by viewing the library as "pages"? Are you wanting to fit more titles on a page (by having multiple columns in the listing), so that you don't have to scroll or page through as many pages worth of titles? If so, that is coming in a new release. That feature (Cover View) is currently being beta tested. This is what it's going to look like when it's ready (I'm currently viewing my library in order of most recently updated).
Note that this view will still require page up/down kind of scrolling rather than paging left to right. I'm still not sure I understanding what it is you find problematic about scrolling. And whether I'm understanding what you mean by "look at your whole library in ... pages."
Try right clicking on the Library icon in the upper left corner, then click on "Open in floating window" and see if that works like you want.
I assume you want to be able to page forward and back as you can in a book when you set columns. That is not currently available in the library window although it is certainly worth suggesting.
Or the work-around I use.
I write out the bibliography for my library and then suck it back in to a PB (after a bit of re-sorting etc).
This works great if you're not constantly signing up for another upgrade.
Hi Rosie. I am glad you posted a picture of exactly what I want to be able to do. To look at all the books in a page, regardless of having to scroll up or down or left to right. Right now, the only way I have been able to scroll is by clicking on the library icon top left and look at the minimal window that shows there. I need to be able to elicit a page just like the one you posted. How do I do that? Is it posible to drac the tab holding the books onto a full screen window?
David. Thank you. That worked a bit better for me than viewing from the top left without floating the windo or even viewing on another tab. Rosie posted exactly what would be easier to look at... A list of column and rows with books, lets say 7 x 7 pr whatever, in a single page... Kind of what you would view at a public library that holds books for viewing in such manner...
Thank you. Not exactly sure I understand but Rosie nailed it in the head.. (Look at her picture)... That's kinda what I meant...)
Ed, you can also maximize the Library window once you open it in a floating window as David described. (And Ctrl+L, or Cmd+L if you're on a Mac, is a keyboard shortcut for opening the Library window.) Maximize it to fill up your entire screen and you'll be able to see more titles.
The view that I showed in a screenshot is not available to the masses yet. It's newly created and is being tested in a limited-release beta version. If you're a newbie Logos user, I would recommend not downloading the beta version, but rather waiting until Logos 5.2a ships, which should be relatively soon, probably within the next month. But if you can't wait and you're intrepid and want to try out a "beta" (pre-release) version, and don't mind running into the occasional bug, and are willing to take the time to report such bugs to Logos so they can get them fixed before they ship the new version, then you can go here and read all about it and download it:

Here is the announcement with a link to release notes about this beta version:

Thanks Rosie. I am intrepid :P but not that much when it comes to Logos, I have had challenges in the past.. And, yes, I am also relatively new (about 2 years or so)
I will look forward to the update when it is buggy free.
Thanks again.
