Highlights on my iPad

Whenever I open my Logos preferred bible on my iPad, all the highlights appear as "Highliter Yellow" although on my Mac they all appear properly. Is this due to the fact that I have so many highlights and notes that my iPad can't accommodate them? Can someone help me out with this anomaly?

We probably need more info. How large is your note document? Are you using only one, or more? Does this happen in other resources, or just the one? What pallet are you using? Can you give screen shots from both devices? (see THIS site)
