It looks like the library catalog database has been corrupted. If you rename /Users/bradycanright/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/ahdxfl9n.2qz/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db to catalog.db_corrupt and relaunch, you should be good to go.

Where do I need to go to re-name that?

In Finder, hit Go, and then click Go To Folder /Users/bradycanright/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/ahdxfl9n.2qz/LibraryCatalog/
