No resources in library

I am a little bit stuck on something here I'm afraid. My wife wanted a Bible reading plan on her iPad so I downloaded the Logos app on her iPad setting her up with her own account. It shows 69 resources in the library.

I then logged into Logos 5 on the desktop using the control key and her ID. It opened up on the desktop under her account as I wanted. My problem is that no resources at all show up in the library. Shouldn't the 69 resources on the iPad also show up on the desktop when she is logged in under her account? I have tried the update resources command to no avail. There is no indexing going on as there is nothing to index.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The 69 resources you see are free resources that are available only when using the Logos Bible app on Android or iOS. Unfortunately they will not be available in Logos Desktop unless you purchase licenses for those resources.
