Following this recent Blog Post on the EEC I though I would share my marketing strategy....
I was not around when it was on Pre-Pub, and I assume the $999/ £600 price tag for the whole set is also the final price when the set is completed.
But why pay $999 now when there is no incentive because the pre-pub days are gone? I'm just happy to wait.
On the other hand, if there was decreasing discount as new titles become available then I might consider purchasing the set.
So you have your initial pre-pub price (say 20%).
As new titles become available the discount decreases incrementally (15%, 12%, 10% etc.) until near the end (those who have left it too late) pay the $999/£600.
so Logos, if you had some incentive for me, I might just consider the EEC.
