Hi, can anyone help? My library is gone, no commentaries and no Bibles. It's telling me to restart and download. So I restarted my PC with no results. Still no library whatsoever.

If sign in to http://biblia.com/library with your Logos.com account, does Library show many of your licensed resources ?
When not signed in, Biblia Library shows 49 Bibles and 3 other resources. When signed in, Biblia Library shows resources licensed for mobile use.
If Biblia Library has many resources, would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/problem
If Biblia Library does not change after sign in, suggest contacting Logos Customer Service to verify licenses => https://www.logos.com/contact

For some reason the product you cancelled the return for was not re-unlocked. I got it re-unlocked for you, and you should have access to the library again.
