lexham bible guides

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows whether the lexham bible guides will be updated in the way that the lexham bible dictionary is? Or whether it will be a case of buying new books when new ones are revised? ie. are they a rolling update resource or a fixed book?

I think this question is a very good one and have been hoping for an answer from Logos. An example- as EEC resources are released might they be included in the lexham biblical guides?

Our intent is to update these when significant new commentaries or important academic monographs come out on the books we've covered. We've already updated Ephesians. I can't speak to how quickly we might fit an update into our research and writing schedule, but we definitely intended these guides to incorporate new important contributions. For example, when we release an EEC volume on one of Paul's letters, adding it to the Bible Guide for that letter would get put on our "to do" list. In some cases, we're trying to include the most recent commentaries even before they are available in a Logos edition. For the Pastoral Letters, I used Wall's 2012 commentary from the Two Horizons series that I only had in print. If/when we get it in Logos format, we would enhance those Bible Guides with live links to the resource.
