According to CBD, Hendrickson Publishers, there is a Talmud (22 Vols) CD-Rom coming out this Feburary, see link. I don't see anything that implies Logos format ... so I'm not too hopeful.

Best you can do, I believe, is make a favorites link; they don't serve as a PBB base in L3
