Every now and then, someone unfamiliar with forum rules attempts to resell a resources they are no longer using. They've come to the forums to advertise this because they don't truly have another place to do this. Sure there might exist some unofficial Facebook pages that are dedicated to such resellers, but since their membership is small, so are the selections.
Logos should think about creating an official forum for resellers. However, the catch should be that they can only sell for Logos credit and must pay the transfer fee themselves. Also, those who originally bought at Academic pricing could not resell those resources.
