I have the Complete Works of Francis Schaeffer, but I cannot find any information in my order history. Perhaps I bought it as part of a package, I'm not sure. Is there anyway of finding this out?
It could also be from a Collection that is no-longer sold, or perhaps You bought it used. In the latter case there might be a license transfer fee (used to be $20 until some time in the second half of last year). I don't know of many easy ways to find out.
I bought mine in March Madness for 75% off on April 6, 2009. I suggest that you go to your order history page and search the page for"Schaeffer". I did that and it popped up immediately.
It was included in Logos 5 Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Portfolio. If you upgraded to one of those packages when you got Logos 5, then that's likely where it came from.
You can find out all kinds of info like that on the Logos Base Packages Google Docs spreadsheet (a collaborative effort spearheaded by Randy Sims), particularly in the "Omnibus" tab.
Thanks for your help everyone, this should help me to track it down. I did try searching but it wasn't there, so I'm thinking it's in a package somewhere.

That totally makes sense.
That depends on when you got it. My order history only goes back to Dec of 2003 so I have no record of what I purchased prior to that.

Prior to that date you were too young to have your own credit card [:D]

Oh no, I was old enough to have a credit card then since I was 38. [:D]
The order history only goes back so far. For long long time customers, not all resources that one owns are in the order history. My order history only goes back to 2001, and the first order is an "automation upgrade" to resources I already owned. In fact, I think that I bought my first resources about a decade before that.
Perhaps that is problem?
Resources that were purchased from third-party retailers are also not in order history.
Peace, Rosie! Thanks for sharing that Google Docs spreadsheet! Attention everyone: please consider "bookmarking" that site as you are likely (perhaps!) to use it more than once, eh?!
Thanks again to Randy Sims and all the collaborators! Indeed!

The way I do that is to "Star" it in Google Docs (click the star icon next to the title).
Then whenever you go to Google Drive (drive.google.com, which you would likely want as a bookmark or favorite) it will show up in the list of starred documents.
