Fine-tuned textual comparison?

I am looking to do some textual comparisons for a passage, and I am trying to streamline it with Logos as best as I can. I previously did a project like this in Excel, without Logos. I copied and pasted each word from Masoretic, DSS, LXX, etc into a separate cell in Excel. Each word was aligned with how that word was rendered in the other manuscripts.  Here is what my Excel spreadsheet ended up looking like (going right to left due to Hebrew base text):

I want to have Logos do the work of aligning these words and cells for me. I know that Logos has the data to do this, since the Information Tab shows how alternate translations handle each word. But can this data be exported into Excel somewhat closely to the image above?

The "Text Comparison" tool doesn't really help me. I don't want a passage-level comparison, but a word-for-word comparison.

Word by word is almost attainable in TC, just lacking the alignment:-

It becomes more difficult with a mix of LTR and RTL languages and with breaking the text into phrases.

The cells of a reverse interlinear bible allow the Information tab translations e.g. look at Logos LXX and ESV for Is 53:3. They make it possible to go from a Hebrew base to an English or Greek translation (but one cell of the LEB in that passage is an assumed Hebrew idiom/phrase "hiding of face from him"; which means that any one of the Hebrew words will be translated by the phrase).
