Thanks Steve. I picked up this one.
I wonder if it's still on a sale for $0.99 tomorrow Wednesday March 26.? I've placed items for over $300 in my cart and waiting for Logos Sales to react by emailing me + I'm considering buying the by far largest of those in my Logos cart in Accordance instead because of image quality:
Thanks. I picked up the freebie and this one:
Amusing that it has a UFO on the cover. I wonder if the author thinks the Bible mentions UFOs? Sometimes cover artists don't even read the book.
I don't know how I will ever read all the books I already have. Out of the small 2,500 book library that I do have, there are several hundred on the list for my "next read", but I don't know if I will get to them in this life. Many of the books on my read list require slow and methodical reading due to heavy exegetical content.
However, when freebies come up, I still almost always bite. When un-miss-able 99 cent deals come up, I slap myself a few times and press the buy button.
I love Logos....sometimes a little too much!
This wacky stories book looks awefully tempting...[:S]
I didn't read it but chariots of the God's was a popular book in the 70s saying much theophanies were UFO's Admittedly Ezekiel's wheel in a wheel is a pretty bizarre other wordily image. But then those of faith see it as revealing of God I am not saying i fully understand it or can explain it, but I don't feel the need to call it unidentified or an Alien encounter, but being a heavenly revelation I suppose it is by nature extraterrestrial

I was right about the source there....
First, we already know about his vision of a UFO that’s covered in eyes and beings with either four heads or four faces flying all over the place—all on four monster-truck-sized tires. That’s enough to make you wonder if this is the Bible or a B-movie from the 1950s.Then God decides that the people aren’t paying enough attention to Ezekiel’s words and has the prophet become the world’s first performance artist. He tells Ezekiel to draw a map of the city of Jerusalem about the size of a couple of shoe boxes. Then He has Ezekiel act out an attack against the city to show people how intense the battle will be: he built ramps, battering rams, and army camps. Way over the top, if you ask me.

I tried to post, but the system thought my last post was SPAM, so I have to wait until someone wakes up in Bellingham[:'(]
nder if it's still on a sale for $0.99 tomorrow Wednesday March 26.?
If you are speaking of the free—and almost free—Vyrso books mentioned above, please understand that Vyrso is a separate shopping cart from Logos. You can pick up these offers without disturbing your Logos cart.
The think is that I have a bank here in Sweden that requires that I give the CVC/CVV2 -security code from the back of my card when making purchases in other currencies than Swedish krona. So since that can't be entered online on the webpage on Logos, I have to email or call so that it's charged from my Store Credit since it's a Vyrso item. So it's better to take it at the same time with the Logos orders. The Logos orders I can however place on the webpage with the Store Credit:

I Read that book a few years after I was saved—when it was wildly popular. Better yet, I also read Crash Go The Chariots where Clifford Wilson clearly demonstrated the shallowness of von Daniken's very sloppy "scholarship".
