- the 'Report Type' feature does not appear available in v4.0a as shown in the help section, is this a 'oops'?
Did you remember to scroll down - I have it. Specifically where are you finding it missing?
- i see 'Report a Problem' in the help menu, but that's not it; and i see nothing when i right-click on the item i would lke to report.

Okay, I believe there may be evidence I'm going nuts ... I would have sworn it was there yesterday and that the person claiming it was missing had just not scrolled down.
It's on the right-click menu for me, in 4.0a, same place it was in 4.0. What resource are in when you right-click on a word that has a typo? There might be some types of resources that you can't report typos in. For example, the "Report typos" option doesn't appear to be available for Media Collections. It should be, but that's a different story. It doesn't get down to the bottom of what you appear to be reporting which is that you never can see the Report typo command.
If you do the following, you should see Report typo:
1. Right-click on a word in a resource from your library.2. Make sure the "Selection" tab is selected on the righthand side of the pop-up menu3. If necessary, scroll down to the very bottom of the left panel -- the Report typo command is the last item in the menu on the left side.
Try the "Selection" menu instead of the verse menu
- i stand corrected; you must have 'Use Internet' selected in the Program Settings before it shows; i had recently selected the default setting which sets the 'Use Internet' to 'No'. thanks.
Martha, you had the Reference tab selected on the right side. The Report typo command is on the Selection tab.
Ah yes, that appears to affect the Report typo command's availability. I hadn't discovered that fact yet. Makes sense, since reporting a typo is done via the Internet.
