Host of new updated titles - anyone know why?

I have just had a load (about 85 +) including what looks like all the Pulpit commentaries and the IVP Dictionary of the Old Testament: Pentateuch and others.

Anyone know why?

I assume they have been updated in some way - but it would be nice to know - or have somewhere to go to find out.

Logos periodically does massive updates of a chunk of resources from their catalog as they work their way through the huge backlog of typo reports and improved tagging they need to do. This is probably mostly another one of those updates. They never document each and every reason why a book was updated. Their reasoning is it would take them more time to document each change than it would to fix more issues, so they'd rather keep fixing...

Bottom line is it's good to take the updates (though you might not ever notice what's changed), even though it does suck up CPU cycles for a while. When you see that a huge update is awaiting you, wait and do it overnight. You can set "Automatically Download Updates" to No in "Tools > Settings" and then it will notify you each time there's an update available and let you choose when you're ready to download it instead of immediately starting the download without asking.
