What version of Logos are you running - and on Windows or Mac?
Second entry is blank no option to delete it.

Thank you for reporting this. I am able to reproduce this only on the Mac in 5.2a RC2, and I will create a a case for Development to investigate this issue.

After testing this a little more, I found that this only happens if you create a new Visual Filter Document.
As a workaround you can close and reopen the same Visual Filter Document and all of the filters will have options to delete, not just the first one.
