Hägglund is correct, Hagglund is not.
(hägglund = bird-cherry grove: hagglund = hag grove (and hag is not something you want to call someone in Swedish.))
I have got this one in swedish, it was on the required reading list in my seminary. It is a good history book, but the fact that Hägglund cites his sources in the original latin is extremely annoying. Is this better in the english version?

Doesn't bother me much -- though I would certainly have preferred to have the translations as footnotes rather than endnotes. Or, even better, to have the translations in the text and the original in the footnotes.
