Ok, I have started to try and use Logos 5.x on my original Surface Pro 8.1 Tablet and I am noticing its a bit of a challenge. I want to be able to switch views so I can look up a text quick in multiple versions as we are reading along, but I also want to be able to check out some commentaries as we go too.
First thing I notice is that Logos prefers to be connected to Wifi and if I run offline (or am forced to)...well lets just say its not happy. I can run Wifi off my phone as a hotspot but here is my real first question:
- Anyway to make sure I have downloaded every book in my library, done a proper index before Bible Study (so it doesn't try to kick one off in the middle of it) and that the system will run without being connected to Wifi?
I wish there was a (no one laugh I am being serious) Bible Study mode that is a preset that has me optimized and ready to go while seated at the Bible study and ready to be useful and helpful with all my resources.
I am off to figure out how to turn off the click sound on my onboard keyboard too...I never could have imagined that might be annoying in a quiet Bible study with others, but its a distraction. (addendum: I just found this helpful link below)

Blessings and Happy upcoming Holy Month preparation everyone.
