Issues with Initial Library Download

I installed all of the software, entered my product key, put in the resources disk, waited for it to finish indexing and I still do not have any resources in my library. In the bottom left under "recent readings" a few books pop up but when I click on them it says I do not have a license to view them.

I can't figure out what I still need to do. Any ideas?

Please sign in to http://biblia.com/library with your Logos.com account. Does Library show many of your licensed resources ?

When not signed in, Biblia Library shows 49 Bibles and 3 other resources. When signed in, Biblia Library shows resources licensed for mobile use.

If Biblia Library has many resources, would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/problem

If Biblia Library does not change after sign in, suggest contacting Logos Customer Service to verify product key => https://www.logos.com/contact
