Since the last update I cannot open my Logos Bible Sofware 5. I don't know if I did something wrong or something doesn't fit my computer settings.

What happens when you try and start Logos?

I would love to be able to tell you. I have Logos 5, every time I try to open it, it crashes. All the windows that were already open at close up open well and then suddenly I get a message that "Logos Bible software 6 cease to work".
When I "show details" here's what I get. Trying to translate what I get since my computer is French...

Can you enable diagnostic logging as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging and upload logs after a failed attempt.

I have started up using CTRL. And it seems that when I asked to start with a blank page, everything went well.

That's good news.
That might have fixed it but there is potentially a problem with a layout or the home page.
If the problem occurs again please upload logs to this thread and we'll try and work out what is going on
