Hi Graham, I have just prepared passage list I clicked on print and the page which I have shown in my screenshot showed up:Them I tried to click on to past on my existing word document the result is no response.simply dead.

Do you get the same lack of response if you try and send to a new document?

It should be totally unrelated but I see the printer referenced in your screenshot is "offline". Does the problem persist if you have an "online" printer selected?
