It looks like the new Anglican and Lutheran packages are pushing many of these CP's into production. So if you are interested in much of this, you will want to consider the base packages instead of the individual collections. That said... True Christianity is a devotional classic that has appeal and influence widely beyond Lutheran circles. Harless was quite influential in his day, and was a model for the scholarship and Lutheranism of figures like K&D. The Books of Homilies are a quite important primary source for the English Reformation.
I would recommend you do a library search on the authors to see if they are referenced, and how they are referenced in your own library.
