Logos 4 won't open

I can't open my Logos. I get a pop up saying it quit unexpectedly. It says I can reopen it, but it fails to do so when I click on it. What do you suggest?

Two options:

Enable diagnostic logging as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem and upload logs to this thread after a failed start attempt
if hardware / software allows upgrade to Logos 5 - the free engine is available at https://www.logos.com/installation - and see if that helps
