What would be the best way to "tag" or put in a collection all the books that Logso offers in the Pastor Bundle? If a coolection is the best way, what would be the "rule"? Thanks!
If all resources are in a series, then use the series filter e.g. series:"Pastoral Care". Otherwise look at the Subjects column to see if there are common tags and use those e.g. subject:"Pastoral Care" OR subject:counsel. Otherwise do your own tagging e.g. mytag:"Pastoral Care"
The following rule may apply (I don't have the bundle), but it is complex:-
subject:(counsel, "pastoral care") OR title:"pastoral care" OR (title:grow ANDNOT title:church) OR title:discipleship OR (subject:"christian life" ANDNOT title:sermon ANDNOT title:illustrat) ANDNOT type:commentary
For the less gifted (me), I update my Logos (for recent downloads), and then purchase the collection. Then let it download. Then multi-highlight the most-recent and tag. Which then allows easy management from then on.
But that for us leftover Libby-ers.
Like Denise, I would tag them shortly after I received them. I would use the tag to put them in a collection, though you wouldn't have to do that.
If it is too late to use the Last Updated sort field in Library, then find the list of what was included on the Logos web site and do the tagging one at a time. Finding a rule to bring them all in (unless Logos gave them all a series tag) would probably be hard.
