Hello,
I would like to suggest a Recycling Bin be incorporated into Logos, enabling those of us that would like to go back and retrieve a deleted "something", to do so, merely continuing on our way.
Thank You.
I think this would be a cool idea, I have had to retype lots of stuff..
Whew! was worried you were looking for a fitting repository for all my posts! [;)]
[Y] +1
I'd like that for the forums, too... <sigh> just typed a "wonderfully thought out" response in another thread, & my touchpad recognized some gesture or other (I didn't even know I had them on!) & bounced me back 2 screens, losing all my work.
+1 again;
[:D]
Are there any New ideas / interest in this Post?
There could be a Recycling Bin with the Logos Logo on it next to the "Help" icon. When Clicked it could present a drop down menu similar to the Layout Menu, showing you snapshots of all the recent changes you've made (like the Layout Menu , only Pertaining to Deletions (Highly modifiable Idea as to what will actually show up in this menu). When clicked, it could ask you "Are You Sure You Want To Rollback To this Point? Yes or No (buttons)". When selecting yes, the changes from that snapshot could be "Rolled Back" and reimplemented.
Let me Know what You think!
Have you tried posting this to uservoice?

good! might want to provide the link here for the rest of us.
This is something which I think might be a good idea. Congratulations. I like your enthusiasm, but sometimes I really wish you would restrain it a tad. Nevertheless, I like this.

Bill
I really sympathise. It has happened to me in the past … and always on my most, insightful/learned/witty posts. [:(] Like you I'd sigh and start over.
However, purely accidentally, I've found that situation is recoverable, if I just stay cool and use the browser forward button to get back to the post I was composing … and I find that my pearls of wisdom are still intact. (At least it works for me in Safari.)
Every blessing
Alan
