On my Desktop 5.2a:-
About 43% of my resources have 82 and a blank "Last Accessed". I'm sure you can see the pattern looking at "Last Updated" as Tuesday was the day I updated to 5.2a. But I have three resources that were last used on Monday and last updated before 2014! Monday is the earliest date anything was used, the rest are blank.
