Need a page number from the print edition of Dictionary of the Later New Testament and Its Developme

Does anyone have a print edition of:

Martin, Ralph P., and Peter H. Davids, eds. Dictionary of the Later New Testament and Its Developments. Downers Grove, IL: InterVarsity Press, 1997.

My Logos edition doesn't have page numbers and I need a page number for a citation.

Here is the section I'm looking for: "an epoch-making suggestion at the time and one that has earned him the sobriquet 'father of biblical theology.'"

It is in the article: "NEW TESTAMENT THEOLOGY" subsection: "1. Biblical Theology and New Testament Theology." End of the 3rd paragraph.

I used to stress over citation matters then I found two solutions.

a) Look at Google books and extrapolate the page numbers

b) THIS IS THE BETTER OPTION AND THE ONLY ONE I USE NOW

cite the article as electronic edition n.p.

I have heard you can cite it like this (Carson 1997, para. 3 of subsection 1).

* note the author of the article is D A Carson

a) If you are lucky, sometimes you can also get the page number from Amazon's preview. Not an option in this case.

b) This is acceptable, simply (Carson 1997, n.p.) and include the fuller article information in your list of works cited.

If you really need the page number & no one else responds, I might be able to look it up in about 18 hours.

It doesn't look like that quote is from the dictionary you cite, but is written rather about it from "An introduction to New Testament Theology".

Also, are you sure that this doesn't have page numbers? I don't have this one in Logos, but I do have the IVP dictionaries for the Gospels and Paul, and both of these have page numbers. The option to turn on page numbers is found by clicking on "visual filters," the symbol of three circles next to the book's go-bar. Have you tried that?

It is in this dictionary, but Google hasn't indexed it. (Carson is the author of both the dictionary article and the book.).

This is frustrating. I don't why there are no page numbers. Maybe they were left out to save money.

DLNTD is the only one of the IVP black dictionaries to not have a page index. It must be an oversight or error.

None of these used to have page numbers. I believe they were originally produced by IVP. Logos has been successively updating them, with both links and page numbers. I was going to say that they presumably haven't had time for this volume yet, but it seems there actually was an update on the same day as the Paul volume, which does have page numbers, so perhaps it is an oversight after all.

I just checked, and it's listed on Books Missing Pagination & Other Indexes. Not that I know if Logos is ever looking at that page...
