Locking up trying to print/export Prayer List

Why would my computer be locking up when I attempt to print/export a Prayer List? Icreated a new, empty Prayer List to see if there was some conflict due to size and it did the same thing.  I get the "print'export" window but the "processing indicator" just keeps circling.

This is for Logos 4 running on Windows 7 professional

Discovered that I can actually paste the exported document into an open Word doc while this is happening.  However, the Print/Export window is still frozen.  After awhile, the Logos program is operational (is was frozen earlier).
