I'm no authority on this since I habitually run only 2 panels side-by-side, but it appears that you will need to close the info panel in order to do that. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me.

I take it you mean the right small window?
Go to Layouts menu and select "2 Tiles" from the top left. Then drag the tabs from the small window to where you want them (it will disappear when the last tab is moved).
