BUG: Open A Copy In A New Tab

1) Open a resource.

2) Right-click on the tab, and try to drag the Open A Copy In A New Tab command to a place of your choice.

>> It doesn't work. You have to let Logos open it where it wants, and then drag it from there. Which isn't all that fun if you happen to have three windows open as I have right now.

I've tested with resources, BWS and PG. I presume it's the same everywhere.

Someone who can remember for sure if this is a regression? I would have thought it used to work.

Interesting. I was going to say "I don't know of any right-click menus in Logos that have draggable commands." But then I realized that most of the commands in the standard right-click-in-a-resource menu are draggable. It's the commands on the right click menu when you click on a resource or tool tab, or the Library or Search buttons (upper left), or a toolbar icon, that are not and never have been draggable. I don't think it's a regression.

I also don't think this is a regression, and I have no idea if it is expected behavior or not but I made the case anyway. Someone from testing will be over here to weigh in when they find out.
