Estoy interesado en comprar este producto...pero me ha desanimado los siguientes problemas que informan estos clientes:

BDAG/HALOT Bundle
I have bought the BDAG/HALOT Bundle, however, after I have unlocked the application through Internet, I found that there is BDAG in my library only, but not HALOT. May I know what I should do in order to have HALOT download to my library.

You should contact customer service at once.  If using the phone is prohibitive, you could send an email.
