Can the iPad Home Page be Customized?
I would like to be rid of the Verse of the Day item on my home page. It won't slide over to reveal a delete button, unless I also slide one of my reading plans at the same time. When I do that, they both show a delete button, but hitting the delete button on the VotD section has no effect.

This ability to hide various home page sections (including VoTD) has already been implemented internally. We hope to ship a stable by next week.

I find the VoTD to be a bit of a pain in the neck, especially if accidentally opened. I'd love to replace it with something more functional.

The apps have been submitted to the Apple Store - it usually takes a few days for the approval process to complete.
