I've just downloaded a couple of new resources and expected the "last updated" value to be set to "today" but instead it is blank

No, it should reflect the download date, which is what I have been seeing.

After reading your post, I downloaded a couple of books, but the LastUpdated column shows as "Today" in the Details view of the Library window.
I wondered if this was a change with the updated Library window, but it doesn't appear to be. Had it finished indexing when you saw that?

Good thought - but the column was wide enough to show the data from other days. Sorry I should have shown from later rows which had populated values

Indexing had finished but - this morning - it shows as being updated "Today" so I'll need to watch it the next time something downloads

This was also the case when I reported the issue a few days ago. But being "corrected" the following day doesn't imply the absence of a bug!
