Same Linkset, No Link

I'm probably missing something simple, but I don't see it. When I choose the same linkset for my Cited By panel and my Copy Bible Verses panel, they don't link. Choosing 'Follow' doesn't help (though I'm not sure I understand the difference between Follow and picking the same letter in multiple panels).

What am I missing?

I believe the Cited by and CBV tool are intended to follow a bible resource, not each other. If you open both tools along with a bible and jump from one reference to another both tools update to the new passage.
