Is it possible to see an interlinear in the Text Comparison pane? If so, I can't figure out the right resource to use there.
No you cannot see the interlinear view in the text comparison.

Some resources do more than others...didn't know if I was picking an interlinear that didn't show as such when there might possibly be one that does.
If use different languages, then Text Comparison can show one language being 100% different than the other.
Can use collection in Text Comparison: e.g. Greek
