It's not working for me 30 seconds ago ~10:05 PM in Turkey (GMT+2), Asia Minor. I get an error message that looks the same.
I just emailed John Dyer, the site's creator, who is a friend of mine, to alert him to the issue.

Psst, when you report a typo, it's only courteous to tell people what it is, so they don't spend 5 minutes looking for it.
I think maybe you're referring to the incorrect author listing (Douglas J. Moo), which I'm guessing John copied directly from seller/publisher sources, since it's incorrect in the book description text here too: http://www.amazon.ca/Exegetical-Guide-Greek-New-Testament/dp/0805448500. The main amazon.com doesn't have the same problem though; perhaps they did and have fixed it already and their fix hasn't yet percolated to the spin-off foreign sites.
It's right there in the first review. 20 seconds I'll grant, but 5 minutes?
