Big 4.0a SR-2?

So I typed in Update Now and I assume SR-2 is coming down the pike. However, it's 844.1 MB! That's huge compared to SR-1 just earlier today. I guess that some resources had to be recompiled or something (or they just released some revised resources concurrent with the Service release). Any comment Logos on what makes this update so much bigger?

I'm getting it also.....thought it was this:
Updated versions of the reverse interlinears have been published to
the resource server. These resources correct a number of alignment
problems such as the following:These resources should be detected and downloaded automatically; you
can also enter "update now" into the command box to start a check for
updates immediately.Chuck

Well, it is SR-2, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is the interlinears as well since it just kicked off the indexer. Oh Boy, indexing L4Win and L4Mac on the same machine at the same time. This is going to be fun.

Charles, I did not realise that you were quoting Bradley here.... You can precede direct quotes of someone else with [ quote ] and conclude with [ / quote] (no spaces, of course)

If you wish to quote someone in a reply to them, you select what you would like to quote and then hit the blue quote button...
If nothing is selected, the whole of the responded to post is quoted....

Looking at my logs, it is the reverse interlinears: the AV1873, KJV1900, ESV, Lake's Apostolic Fathers, LEB, LXX, NASB, NRSV and the NLT (which I think is new, isn't it)?

The NLT isn't a reverse interlinear in my 4.0a, so it must be new.
Edit: from Bradley's post, i would have thought that the NKJV would also be downloaded.

Yes, you're right, the NKJV did get downloaded in the end. The NLT turns out to be New Testament only.

The Windows index completed rather quickly, but the Mac is counting up. It's bedtime here for us old folks. I'll see if A-9 finishes by morning.

Just to throw my experience in here, as this seems strange.
I ran L4 and the 800+ MB download started. When It finished, I saw the bubble announcing indexing has started (L4 was not yet open). The indexing said it would be 2 hr 27 minutes.
I opened L4, and verified it said SR-2 in the About box. By the time I closed it, another bubble popped up saying it was now downloading 216MB! What is that for?
This seems odd to me...

Dominick,
I'm not sure all that happened - I don't watch my logs like Mark does! I downloaded 800+ MBs and got the indexing, but immediately it switched to 93% downloaded on 800+ MBs finished and then did a program installation - to SR? I assume - the first was just a resource update because there was no program install. The second was the program - for me. I'm not sure what your 200 was and why you had SR2 already. DId you get a program install after the 800 MB download? It seems to me the program followed so closely that it's ~25 - 50 MBs got tacked on top of the resource download size - small glitch in the script??
Anyway - the extra resources forced a full re-indexing - 1.5 hours (contrary to my earlier post it was stuck on 1 minute remaining for 45 mins.) but it is all seeming to be good now.
So, I wonder if you got most of the resources and the program and then it did a further catch-up resource sync on yours.
Chris

Yes I forgot to say, I did get a program install after the 800MB, that's why I checked to see if I had SR-2. The 216MB is almost done, interesting to see what that does!

Hi,
In my case the second download is 516 Mb. Reindexing now.
