I have a number of books that are part of my Diamond package as well as purchased books that won't download; receiving a pop-up notice that says "...is not available to download without a license." I don't understand paying for the content of the Diamond package and not being able to access it on all my devices. Could someone please help me understand this. Thank you for your help.

Hi Tony- and welcome to the forums

Assuming the resources are mobile-enabled you should be able to access them on your iPad.

can you give some examples of resources which are causing problems?

receiving a pop-up notice that says "...is not available to download without a license."

Did you log in to the app on your iPad using the same id and password you use in the desktop app?
